PC & Windows Introduction

This course introduces the user to the PC and Windows environment, it's a half a day course. To complete a full days' training we suggest running this course together with Microsoft Outlook which is also half a day.

DURATION: Half a Day course

COURSE OBJECTIVES: To provide a basic introduction for the complete beginner in the use of a PC and a Windows environment which will enable them to gain confidence and develop their IT skills.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND: The course has been designed for users who are new to the Windows environment and PCs in general.

EXPERIENCE NEEDED: No prior experience is needed for this course, however, it would be advantageous for participants to have some exposure to computers, and to have used a mouse.
